When the stirrings of awakening begin, our awareness will start to expand in an organic dance between the unearthing of our egoic pain and the arousing of Divine Peace. Healing through the power of AWARENESS can be experienced when we allow the rhythm of our BREATH and the vibration of SOUND to organically guide us into the depths of our being!

Join us for a unique experience designed to bring healing to your mind, body and spirit. Gifted Soulful Breathwork facilitator, Plamen Russev, will guide you on a conscious breathing journey that will assist you in becoming more intimate with your body. Talented musician, Jon Adams, will use sounds and rhythms that have been used in indigenous and shamanic practices to assist you in achieving deeper states of relaxation and inner connection. Awareness Coach, Laina Orlando, will assist you with accepting, forgiving and integrating whatever feelings, memories or insights arises into your conscious awareness for healing.

During the Breath – Sound – Awareness workshop you will feel fully supported and safe to explore the deepest, and often subconscious, aspects of yourself, which can be both your shadow and your Light. The healing available through this one-of-a-kind experience is uniquely tailored to each person and depends on the concern which is most ‘ripe’ for each individual to address. Some of the most frequent benefits people have experienced through these types of healing modalities include, but are not limited to:
