It's YOUR energy: you are the gardener of your thoughts, cultivate well

Note to Self:

Feeling bad about yourself or harboring negative feelings about a situation will only affect YOUR energy. Nothing else. Cycling through negative energy within yourself will not change a situation. Actions will. Having negative feelings and negative talk about yourself will NOT make YOU into the person you want to BE. Negative thoughts will not benefit relationships, business decisions, or personal growth. ....EVEEEERRRRRR.

Negative self talk can also be negative physically, sapping you of strength, drive and energy. Your body is listening, and responding to every thought. It WILL also alter your view of yourself and eventually alter YOUR concept of yourself. Seeing yourself in a negative light moment by moment can also eventually alter your complete concept of who you are (yes, your very identity). You may even forget who you were as this new concept takes over. Eventually others will even begin to react to you based on this negative self concept. The negative view, turns into negative vibes and small negative behaviors that are communicated in non-verbal ways that are subtle, but very real. It's sends a subconscious message to others, and then comes back to you. You begin to confirm your view of yourself through the mirror of other people and relationships. This can become a cycle and a prison that's hard to escape (but you can!). (PS..this ALSO happens in the positive direction.) This self view is constantly being built and constructed in each and every moment. So, if you want to change, start now.

Want to change?

In each moment accept yourself exactly as you are.
In each moment love yourself exactly as you are.
In each moment forgive yourself exactly as you are.
In each moment enjoy exactly who you are.
In each moment accept others exactly as they are.
In each moment love others exactly as they are.
In each moment extend compassion, forgiveness and non-judgement.
In each moment enjoy exactly who they ARE.

Your energy will begin to shift...gradually and then drastically. This is a moment by moment challenge to stay aware. So, BE present!! KEEP YOUR HEAD & HEART IN THE GAME. It's easier by the moment. If you screw up? fuggghettt aboout it!!! Let it gooooo.. Forgive yourself, make it right, and move on.

See someone that disgusts you? Bless them internally. See someone that makes you jealous? Don't tear them down in the judging voice of your mind, praise them internally for their accomplishment or good fortune. See someone that's weak? See them in your mind as strong. See someone that is sick? See them in your mind, as being well. See someone that is stronger? Admire them for their strength. See someone that is more successful? Bless them in their good fortune. See someone behave negatively towards you? See them as beginning to love themselves. (..and don't take it as confirmation that you're no good. Their behavior probably has to do with them, and NOTHING to do with you.) The list goes on... you get it. Practice at the mall, practice on Facebook, practice everywhere.

Notice that you see others as you see yourself. See others, as YOU.  It's not much good to love our neighbors as ourself, if we don't love ourselves first. Be good to yourself.

Just a personal note: There is nothing new under the sun. I am just attempting to present info. here that has helped me. I hope to present it in a clear way based on my experience with anxiety which was a spiritual, psychological and emotional awakening for me. In retrospect of this experience I have been reading as much as I could to come to a deeper and more grounded understanding of this seemingly mystical thing that happened to me (so that I could share it with you). I'm not a doctor or a scientist. Please know this is only my experience. Yours will obviously be different, but since my experience was so similar to others I've talked to, I am hoping this may be helpful or useful to you in some way. It's also a way that I hope to share the love with you. That is my purpose here.
